
The second told me he 'could not get a signal/read' on the NEW Netgear modem that was RECOMMENDED by the Comcast Rep. I had a two Comcast Technicians out to my home. I STILL HAD ISSUES connecting to MY ACCOUNT. I did as instructed and purchased a NEW Netgear Modem (Netgear brand andmodel number as suggested).

I had horrible problems with connecting to the Wi-fi. We also are soppose to have a Wi-Fi Xfinity account available to residents IN THE LOBBY. There are plenty of businesses surrounding the building.
